Alicia Labrecque has worked with Orlando Lutheran Towers for over 20 years. She graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy in 1990. She graduated from Ohio University with a Masters degree in Health Administration. After practicing physical therapy for several years in a hospital setting, she moved into long term care. She has extensive experience in home health care, pharmacy, durable medical equipment, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and rehabilitation. She obtained her Nursing Home Administrator’s license in 2008.

Alicia has served in many capacities at Orlando Lutheran Towers including Director of Rehabilitation, Director of Home Health Services, Director of Ancillary Services and Associate Executive Director. She has been involved in strategic planning throughout her years at OLT which has been instrumental in the organization’s success. Alicia is very passionate about improving the lives of seniors through a holistic approach.
