Orlando Senior Health Network takes our commitment to the wellbeing of our residents seriously, and this includes a resident’s right to visitation with their essential caregiver(s). If you or your loved ones have been met with resistance from this facility when attempting to visit with loved ones, you may file a complaint with the Agency for Health Care Administration for further review and action. If you see your healthcare provider (staff) wearing a mask please rest assured that it is not because they have active symptoms but rather it is a preventive measure for essential personnel to prevent the spread of potential infections.  An employee who has any respiratory symptoms or a fever is asked to stay home until symptom free for at least 24 hours or go to their doctor (or telemedicine).
